Student Revelations about seminars

Share your experiences from taking Resonance Repatterning classes. What insights have you gained? New inspirations? Recommendations? Suggestions?

I want to encourage everyone to take Resonance Repatterning classes. After I completed the core series, I was able to drive "home" and see my family for the first time in 4 years. I had had a great deal of difficulty with anxiety attacks while driving since 2004. And I had had panic attacks at the thought of being with my family.

How wonderful, ic00k! Did you have to do a lot of sessions on these issues or did they just shift naturally as you practiced your RR skills?

I can't say that I was working on being able to drive home or being with my family. I just worked whatever came up-no matter how bizarre it was.

And most days I do some resonance repatterning.


I do have to mention I also happened to receive Chloe's first on air repatterning.

In the Aug. 6 show, Chloe shared fascinating perspectives on the aspects of fear: Physiological, 5 different types of fears from the Bach Flower system, and the 5 Elements.

Chloe offers us a way to repattern fear with this intention:

The Laughter Repatterning:

"I relax and play the fool." (We tend to be too serious about life's seriousness. It's good to fool around sometimes and have a laugh!).

Modality: The Laughing Breath: Take a deep breath as you lean back and look up at the sky. Now lean forward letting out "Ha! Ha! Ha! "sounds as you bounce your knees up and down holding your thighs. If you do the Laughing Breath with others, look at each other and laugh even more!
Laughter is the great healer. We need more of it!
